JHevents’ wedding packages are completely customizable to cater to each client’s needs. We understand no two couples are the same, let us jump in at any point of the planning process to help! There is no task too little or too big. See below for base wedding package details; tasks can be added or eliminated to any of these services to create the perfect plan for you! Month of/Day of Coordination Package
This wedding package is for couples who have finalized the majority of all wedding plans, but just need assistance a few weeks leading up to and on the day of the wedding.
One to two weeks out, JHevents will work with you to develop a Day of Timeline and confirm arrival times and setup plans with all vendors. In addition, we will also help conduct your rehearsal. The day of your wedding, we will be with you every step of the way to ensure all plans run according to schedule. This includes check in and management of vendors and execution of your big day!
Partial Planning Package
This wedding package is for couples who would still like to be involved in the majority of the planning aspects but need a little more guidance along the way.
From the moment you book JHevents through your reception, we will provide you with an ongoing checklist and timeline to ensure all appropriate plans are set in place. We also offer consulting for vendor selections and will attend important vendor meetings with you to assure all necessary items are addressed. Monthly meetings will be held to stay on track of deadlines and to execute the wedding of your dreams. As in the Month of/Day of package, we will develop a timeline, confirm with vendors, conduct your rehearsal and be there the day of your wedding to execute the day you’ve been waiting for!
Full Planning Service Package
This wedding package is for couples that would like assistance planning every detail from the proposal through the end of the reception.
Some couples are so busy they don’t have the time or just don’t have any interest researching venues and vendors, attending meetings, planning logistics, etc. Leave that hassle to us! JHevents will do the hard work and provide you with just a few options for each vendor according to your budget. Once vendors are selected, JHevents will coordinate all details needed to create your envisioned wedding! As in the Partial Planning Package, we will develop a timeline, confirm with all vendors, conduct your rehearsal and be there the day of your wedding to execute the day you’ve been waiting for!
