Based out of Hartford County Connecticut, JHevents is a boutique wedding planning business primarily serving the New England states, but is willing to travel just about anywhere under the right circumstances!
Although JHevents has three specific packages available, we work with each client to determine their specific needs and vision to ensure their wedding day speaks to them. Despite the package, our team approaches each wedding day with the same goals in mind; execute the day, act as the liaison between all vendors, and deal with any unplanned situations or issues that may arise. We pride ourselves on keeping our couples at ease so they can be truly present for the entirety of the day.
Meet jessica
Jessica’s passion for the event industry started in highschool while working for a small business organizing road races in New England, the Hartford Marathon Foundation. Pursuing her love for the industry further, Jessica attended and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island with a degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management with a concentration in wedding planning.
Fast forward several years later after working under structured orders of others within various wedding venues and event based organizations, Jessica took the leap in 2019 to begin JHevents, her own event planning business. In addition to her collegiate Event Management degree and years of experience within the industry, Jessica became a certified wedding planner through the New York Institute of Art and Design Wedding Planning Course.
Today, with the freedom and no limitations, Jessica and her team have been able to curate weddings of all scopes and sizes to truly reflect each couples’ vision and dreams. Diligent at work, she provides her clients with a sense of tranquility, a superb level of organization and attention to detail while carrying a sense of humor throughout the process. These are just a few traits her past couples have stated regarding their experience with JHevents. Immersed in the wedding industry, she has also been able to establish an army of co-vendors to assure each couple is at ease knowing they are being supported by the best in the business on their wedding day.
Other than her passion of crafting weddings and events, Jessica loves being outdoors, skiing, hiking and mountain biking. She’s also a huge foodie and loves trying new foods from diverse cuisines and cultures.
