Partial Wedding Planning

We’re looking to make your day the perfect start to a lifetime of love and happiness!

This partial wedding planning package is for couples who have researched and booked all their own vendors, however, they need some guidance along the way to stay on task and piece together the logistics.

Pre-Wedding Day Services

  • Access to your very own online wedding planning portal, which includes a suite of tools and services to mainstream the planning process
  • Initial meeting to discuss overall vision, develop planning timeline and checklist to keep couple on track
  • Vendor contract review
  • Coordination of logistics between vendors once booked by the couple.
  • Assistance determining guest accommodations (hotel & transportation).
  • Assistance determining decor needs.
  • Attendance of any final/important vendor meetings.
  • One planning meeting onsite at the venue to walk through the space, discuss layouts, setup plans, rain plans and all logistics (usually 1-2 months out from wedding)
  • Creation of a detailed Day of Timeline incorporating all vendor and client needs
  • One final planning meeting to review final timeline and details of wedding
  • Finalized timeline will be sent out to all vendors. Vendor arrival times and day of contact information will be exchanged.
  • Facilitation of ceremony rehearsal onsite
Partial Planning

Wedding Day Services

  • Unlimited time onsite with your wedding planner and up to two assistants (if needed)
  • Assistance with complimentary ceremony & reception decor setup (programs, welcome sign, reserved row signs, other signage, seating chart and or escort cards, favors, memorial table items, cake stand, knife and topper, toasting glasses, bathroom amenity baskets, table numbers, centerpieces (if table ready condition), guestbook, card box, cocktail napkins) - any additional items or assembly of any decor will require an extra fee
  • Vendor check in and directing, planner will act as liaison between vendors throughout the duration of the event.
  • Pinning of personal flowers
  • Coordination of first look or corralling family/wedding party for any pre-ceremony photos
  • Greeting and directing of guests upon arrival
  • Confirmation of ceremony processional order and songs with officiant and DJ/musician
  • Lineup wedding party for processional and cue DJ/musician
  • Corral and organize family members for post ceremony photos
  • Lineup wedding party for reception introductions, confirm order, songs and formalities to follow with DJ/band.
  • React and resolve any issues that arise throughout the day.
  • Distribution of vendor payments and or tips.
  • Breakdown and pack up all complimentary decor items mentioned above at the end of the wedding (any additional items will require an extra fee).
  • Ensure all vendors break down and depart the venue.

Our Process

  1. CONSULTATION: Schedule a consultation to discuss your day and vision in more detail to find out if we are a good fit for one another!
  2. CONTRACT: Sign contract with a 20% deposit to begin working together.
  3. PLANNING PORTAL: Gain access to your very own online wedding planning portal, which includes a suite of tools and services to mainstream the planning process such as:
    • Checklists & timelines for organization
    • Design studio & layouts to bring the vision to life
    • All inclusive budgeting tool with built in payment tracking and reminders
    • Collaborative tools for easy communication and management
  4. GUIDANCE: Using the online portal, we will approach each phase of the planning process one step at a time, only assigning tasks in the near term to keep you at ease with a simple process!
  5. ON-SITE MEETING: We will schedule an onsite meeting with you at your venue to discuss your detailed timeline, setup, rain plans, logistics, and more!
  6. FINAL MEETING: One week prior to your wedding, we will schedule a final zoom meeting to ensure all details are confirmed. After, we will verify vendor arrival times and send the final timeline to all vendors.
  7. REHEARSAL: We will conduct your rehearsal.
  8. WEDDING DAY!
